Laurent Saint-Val's bridge proposal for Amsterdam is beautifully designed, organic and compliments and pre-exististing artistry of the canal city- much like some of the bridges I saw when I visited. Featuring a spiralling ramp and pedestrian walkway, the bridge also houses bikes, a museum, a garden, restaurants and cafes; and is made of wood, steel, aluminium and glass.
